Harris Damashek is the owner of Kitchen Guard of Fairfield & Westchester, a commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning and fire safety company serving restaurants, schools, hospitals, senior living communities, and hospitality operators across the region. Kitchen Guard specializes in NFPA 96-compliant hood, duct, fan, and grease containment cleaning, along with inspections, maintenance, repairs, and ongoing fire safety support.
Prior to launching Kitchen Guard, Harris spent more than two decades building brands, leading marketing organizations, and advising companies across food, beverage, hospitality, cannabis, and consumer products. He founded and ran his own agency for nearly 15 years, created the experiential dining platform Underground Eats, helped lead global brand and eCommerce initiatives at ZX Ventures/Anheuser-Busch InBev, and served as Chief Marketing Officer at Acreage Holdings during its rapid expansion.
Today, Harris brings that same focus on quality, detail, customer experience, and operational excellence to the commercial kitchen industry. He is passionate about helping operators protect their businesses, stay compliant, reduce fire risk, and keep their kitchens running safely and efficiently. Harris is also an advocate for local business, reinvention, and the value of building trusted service companies that solve real-world problems every day.
