Win Smith is currently the Managing Partner at Fountain Creek – a fractional financial services firm – providing FP&A, accounting, reporting, and bookkeeping for restaurants. Previously, Win was CFO for the wine, beer, and spirits retail group Local Vine. Prior to that, he was Head of Finance and Operations for Alchemy Learning, an educational software business. Win began his career in mid-market mergers and acquisitions with Canaccord Genuity before moving into growth stage private equity with ABS Capital. He holds an MBA and MAC from University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler and a BA in Economics from Davidson College.
